The jebena is made from clay and has a round bottom with a narrow spout and a handle on the side. Its shape and design are reflective of the ethnic identity of the host.By Boiling the coffee in the jebena until you see steam emanating from the top or spout of the jebena. Take the jebena off the heat and allow it so sit for 5 or 10 minutes so that the coffee particles can settle.
